Nice people great customer service but the products they sell me at this location always breaks or malfunctions on me after a few days of using it

Good prices and variety of smoke supplies- got a really cute bong. However, I purchased a 3 pack of coils for my dab pen, but there’s only 2 in the packaging- pretty disappointing and didn’t think I’d have to check what appeared to be a sealed/new product 🙃
