The shop is good. Good selection. Reasonable prices. What sets it apart though is Russ. He will make conversation, recommend products, and explain things without making you feel like an idiot which I appreciate as that isn't always the case at some smoke shops. So many smoke shops around but because of Russ I will only go here.

I called to simply ask what the prices of carbed glass pipes started at, the rep rudely said we don’t give prices out over the phone and hung up. 😳Yeah, will never see one dime of my business and will tell people to avoid and save their peace.

Just moved to the area, and High End is definitely my go to for my needs. Russ made me feel like a local from the start while still keeping it professional. My normal brands were unavailable, I just gave Russ a brief description of what I was looking for and he pointed out several options in each category with pros and cons of different products. Everything he mentioned about the products I chose were spot on.

Shop is super nice and clean but mostly impressed with Russ. Super cool guy and also took the time to educate on what the shop offers. Russ is super friendly (having friendly employees is a hot commodity and rare in smoke shops). Needless to say, I’m from Northern Houston visiting down here and Russ really set the precedence of how a shop like this is supposed to be run. Very impressed.

Huge shout-out to Russ. Made me feel right at home my first time at this shop today, like I've been a customer all my life. Excellent recommendation on some thca hemp flower. The selection was great and the price was also the best I've seen in this area so far. I don't recommend going online. This is the best way, to see in person what you are getting. Zero doubts about quality or shipping and the same or better pricing.
