I've been shopping here since they opened this location. The customer service has went to hell with gasoline draws on with 9ne of its employees. The one they call Franki is rude and racially profiled me. I purchased a hookah from here the night before ,by the time I got home and unwrapped everything I notice the vase was broken. Since the store was closed I had to wait until the next day to return it. I walked into Franki on the phone so I waited. No problem, as I mentioned I've been coming here since their opening and never had any real issues until this. I informed Franki that I bought this hookah last night and noticed that it was broken I didn't expect a refund I only wanted to get another one. He instantly insinuated that I broke it and they have a no return policy. He spoke to me sassy and rudely the entire time. Then said he needed to call his manager. By this time I'm upset due to the way he is speaking to me in an aggressive manner , I then put my purse ,keys and phone down on the counter which made a noise. He then insinuate that I'm trying to break the glass top and I will have to pay for it. Each time with his aggressive rude demeanor and tone I didn't raise my voice are get back sassy with him. I told him at this point I either want a refund or exchange. I didn't break anything , the person that sold it to me (as I was trying to explain) only checked that all the parts where in the box and neither he nor I saw that the vase was broken because it wasn't removed from the wrapping. Franki still kept on rudely speaking to me very sassy. I told him I have no reason to lie nor fraudulently claim something is broken. I spend 300$ in this store weekly plus have sent this store business repeatedly. I've marketed for this store on all my social media platforms in return has elevated them within this community with consistent business. I've witness on several occasions this same employee Franki, knowingly selling products of sorts , to minors. Franki has also racially profiled many of my brothers and sisters of African decent by stating "they're loud and gettho" before they even open their mouths. During this last store interaction Franki continued to be rude sassy and insinuated the same toward me and my friend. There was a customer in there playing on the slot machines also who was just as shocked as I was. On top of all this Franki is drinking on the job, so I'm not sure if he was drunk or toasted but I will definitely not continue business with this store. You can thank Frankie for that. I encourage all in this community to do the same. If we can not be respected and treated equally not to mention spoken to respectfully in any business establishment in our communities, then they should not get our business. To the owner I'm deeply sorry that you didn't know about this particular employee and each time I've interacted with you and other employees you have that work there. The experience has been great. You're a good owner. But please consider switching up who you're hiring especially Frankie ,he is bad for business. And could potentially get your business shut down due to the activity he allows and does when you're not around.

The first few time I went to purchase all was good.. But one they saw me coming every week sometimes two times a week.. The prices and the customer service went out the door. By the third week I was given two different prices for the product, and when I ask why.. they all three men starting calling me liar , they started to belittle me…. The manager told me that his workers (brother) should not be giving me direct pricing. But when he was called on the phone to confirm that he said that… he began to backtrack..”that’s my brother and whatever he say I’m going to back him!!!!!!” Imagine a single woman In the store and three men are belittling me all T the same time all talk at the same time.. I couldn’t believe after all the money have spent in that store.. that they would both lie to me and when confronted they turned on me and called me a liar. Then I was told they would never sell to me !!!!!l Ladies beware!!!!!!! Men beware.. Oh and I think they sold me cbd!!! When I told them I didn’t like it they all Start to laugh!!!!! I don’t trust them anymore!!!! Different prices depending who is there? And you migh /most likely/ will be lied to with cbd … Be careful!!! Love me!!!!
