Good customer service from the girls. They're not allowed to let you try your product to see if it will need to be replaced with another. You buy the product and if its defected, oh well, you lose your money. I bought 5 of the Mike Tyson 2.0 vapes because of a sale of buy 1 get one free but they only last 2 to 3 days. So far 5 out of 10 were not defected. 5 vapes in 3 weeks is crazy. Definitely going back to juicy bar or rodman vapes. I'm a trucker so stopping at vape shops isn't easy otherwise I would never buy here when other shops let you try and replace if product is faulty
