I’ve been going to this shop for years and the people who help me have always been great. Recently I came through and was helped out by miss Sarah and I’ve been lucky enough to come through a handful of times when she was working and she really helped me out. Very insightful and helpful. Really knew what she was talking about and has only given me really good suggestions conversations and vibes. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Sarah!

I'm a regular customer at Gravitate and have been for years. It's a great store with quality products. And the fact that they open at 7AM they already have most other stores beat. Buddy usually helps me out when I'm there and gives great service, as well as the rest of the staff

The clerk, Raven, is sooooo sweet and patient! I always take forever trying to decide on what to get and she is happy to help or make suggestions on all kinds of products and just has an all around great vibe. It’s always clean and has incense going. I love this location ✨🫶🏻
