Ok so this dispensary has better smoke than they used to; and on my 3rd trip back the vibe was much better. Still could use some work; especially at the front door. I'll still be back. EDIT ok ok it's getting better!! Donny was super chill and more than knowledgeable, made sure I got the best deal. This may be my new spot.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. From entering the building I was not greeted (not that I feel I’m a celebrity or anything) but it’s kind of customary to greet a customers when they enter so I took it upon myself to say hello. I didn’t get a response so I said it louder “hello… “hiii” and that was the precursor to a series of events that followed …Not a single employee knew ANYTHING about their product looked at me with the most blank stare when I asked basic questions like harvest date, and if their gummy’s were infused…. Then I decided to make it easier or at least I thought and ask well…Do you like “your” gummies? Do they have a good texture do they taste good, didn’t even get a response. Just a blank stare; the gummy’s by the way, taste absolutely HORRIBLE. They feel extremely old similar to being left out and exposed for months. It’s like taffy had a baby with a gummy.🥴 I don’t wanna say it’s because of the age of the individuals unfortunately, though all of them were extremely young and, none of them looked to had a single thought behind their eyes. People can try and justify and say it’s the holidays but when a positive customer comes up to you, I don’t know if I’m just old school or if standards have changed in customer service in the last two years… but I will NEVER be returning here again and I will deter anyone and whoever mentions this place. This was not my first time visiting and thought things might be different as this is the kind of interaction I’ve gotten the three total times. I’ve been there in the last five years and this time was compelled to leave a review because after seeing all of these positive ones I feel the need to share that this was not just a one time occurrence. If you can, I recommend going to White Mountain Dispensary I’ve never had an issue in the 10 years I have been going there.

Recently, this dispensary has been out of stock of a LOT of product. So I began going elsewhere. Boy am I glad I did. Now I can see that Yilo has much higher prices and lower variety of stock. This place used to be my favorite because it is a convenient location and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Now that I know better deals and products are elsewhere, I don't think I will go back to Yilo and I will not recommend it to anyone. Folks are better off going to Story. They have locations all over the valley and much better selection and prices!

I love coming to Yilo. They have become my favorite dispensary. Good customer service and they even do raffles from time to time. All the staff are helpful and I've never spent more than a few minutes waiting to be helped. Check them out yall, if you go in after 7pm you get discounts on most of their products too. First timer, my brother recommended. Going to buy him a 30th birthday present and I had anxiety entering a dispensary for the first time. Everything went so smooth and everyone was soooo nice and helpful. My anxiety quickly went away and I highly recommend this place. Took 1 star off due to them not having some stuff I would have liked to try.

I put in an online order at 5:13 and it's still not been confirmed nearly 2 hours later. Then The website wouldn't give me the actual total because of different pricing and tax even tho i selected rec, So I don't know how much money to pull out . The live crowd meter shows it's not busy at all . AND I cant go ahead and cancel the order because it's not even confirmed 2 hours after submitting.

I love this dispensary! You're waited on in the order you check in and are called for your turn, which is so civilized. (Hear that, Curaleaf Glendale? Learn from this review what customers want... if you care.) The staff is super friendly, ALL of them, and really helpful. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. And the atmosphere there is happy. Their product is also the best quality I've found. My favorite dispensary - and well deserving of a shout out!

Purchased two clones from Yilo. Long story short, both ended up with powdery mildew and BOTH ended up producing seeds. This is not grower error as I’m a seasoned cultivator. My mistake for bringing home clones from a dispensary I guess. Would absolutely not purchase again. Stray far away.
