I’ve been a patient at this location for over a year now. Hands down the BEST employees I’ve ever encountered at a local dispensary. Extremely knowledgeable of the products, portion sizes I should consume and all around some really fantastic human beings. I’ve come to know a bunch by their first names, always have a smile on their faces when I arrive and just like “cheers” they always know my name! Everyone there really knows their stuff about weed. Tori is super nice and friendly and Amber will always find the perfect deals to get you what you need. I have been going here for a long time and this location has remained consistent in quality, good deals, and great customer service! Love this place!

The staff here at the front desk and in the back are excellent. They are kind and and always friendly. Beyond/Hello has a huge selection of products from flower to vapes to edibles to creams (my favorite for neuropathy and arthritis), and so much more. They have great prices and discounts all the time. I love going here because the staff is so friendly. It is handicapped accessible for those in wheelchairs. You can also pre-order on the app and use the pick-up lane outside. I always like to be face to face though so I can purchase the correct items. Thank you to the staff at B/H for being awesome. I highly recommend this establishment.

I love this place. The people are so nice and very knowledgeable about the products and your personal needs. It's never crowded and it's very important for me to say that everyone who goes there be sure and tip💸 the people who help you. They have an ATM machine or you can just use your debit card but no charge cards for purchases.

be careful paying with card, they make you draw out money in multiples of 10 with a $3.50 surcharge (which is typical for most dispensaries) however what they don’t tell you is that whatever additional amount you choose to draw out to get to a multiple of 10 is now considered a tip (despite there being no option to not leave one). it was clearly marked as “additional charge” and not “tip,” and when i asked the cashier why he hadn’t given me the $5 change i was supposed to get after having selected that as my additional amount, i was met with attitude from both him and his fellow cashier. gave up arguing and walked out without my $5 that i had been forced to tip, glad i did not select the $35 option that was also present!

Very welcoming and secure environment. Staff is very swift and helpful getting you checked in. The staff has very good knowledge of products. For instance, a staff representative named Justin was very familiar with extracts and the texture. The pictures you see are not really what it looks like and Justin knew what each texture looked like in each box. He had a great description as there are so many. I.e. crumble, shatter, butter, wax, badder, rosin, sand. Justin defined it all for me on 3 separate visits. Great place and local for me as i have lived here 38 years. J

No reason to have an attitude about a question. If I placed an order and you decline it, I obviously am going to ask why I’ve been discriminated against? Yeah avoid this one, trust me.
