I have had two very bad experiences within the week at the Plymouth Meeting mall location today at 4:50 pm I was trying to purchase a charger for a pen and my Apple Pay was declined and so was a different card when I clearly had money in both accounts the worker said that it wasn’t his fault when clearly his machine was broken this is the same worker that I had a problem with I tried to make purchase with at the beginning of the week. A change needs to be made because I no longer feel like shopping at this location I hope you enjoy losing more customers.

Purchased two vape oils from the vape shop totalling $50 dollars. First flavor lost potency after two days. Next flavor burned to the taste. Turns out the juice expired a year and a half ago. Cashier checked the date and still sold expired juice. Asked for a refund after showing them receipt and expired juice, they said that refunds were not a part of their return policy. Will never return to this store for anything.
