Service is always outstanding. Not intimidating at all. Staff is super helpful especially Cooper. Clean, modern, and sleek interior design. Selection is perfect - not too much to overwhelm little old me, but enough variety that I can always try something new if I want. Value- worth it. You get what you pay for. Ron is also a delight. The best part about this place is the people. They're always down for a chat. Breaks up the monotony of my day. That's why I keep going back. This place is addictive. ;) 10/10.

I ordered a product then had to contact customer support when after 4 days it still hasn’t been shipped out. They sent me an email with shipping label information but it’s the next day and it still hasn’t been shipped out.

Prices online don't reflect prices in store....very disappointing 😑 do not go to Vaporfi...go to Vape02 they are cheaper and website prices are the same in store
