It has a detachable battery and disposable pods. Makes purchasing a replacement easier than purchasing a whole new one. Flavors are amazing, my favorite is cool mint and strawberry ice. I have been ordering from 1 Stop for a couple of months now, and overall, my experience has been good. Their prices, even with shipping, are cheaper by a mile compared to anything I can find locally. When something I ordered was out of stock, I got a phone call. Not a text. Not an email. An actual phone call from a real person letting me know, and offering to assist in finding an alternative product if I chose to go that route. I've also been able to call with questions about products, billing, and ID verification (They're not running an ID scam! They have to verify your age. It's the law!), and was given straightforward information. I know that shipping options for vape products are a bit limited. Even with that, I did feel my first two orders were a bit slow to arrive. However, my last two orders have been faster, so I think they're putting in the work to get things out the door more quickly. I gave 5 stars not because they're perfect, but because I am pretty sure this is a small business, and I like to support small businesses when I can, and I think they're putting in the work to provide good customer service.

These guys are great! Very competitive prices, fast shipping and excellent return policy. I don't know who Kevin is that works there but I had a faulty battery that I ordered and he didn't even hesitate to give me a refund! All you have to do is call them and they take care of business. I highly recommend this company!
