Awhile back ago I had my lil brother go down to pick up my order due to my knee surgery back in April. We haven't had any problems out anyone there. Until the day I wanted to walk with my brother and puppy. One of your employees she is new had to make a nasty comment of can they have there dog in here? The way she said made me so mad that I wanted to punch her. Your other employees that know we can bring in our dogs. Then she harassed my lil brother again and gave him the wrong kind. I like smoking Sativa, I got indica. Now two nights ago the same employee had to harass us. Told me I can't be in the lobby area and when my brother forgot his ID, I had to call our older brother to bring down his ID. That's when your security cop came to the back and asked for our ID's anyways he was harassing my brother and myself. So We went back into the lobby area I stayed behind because I had my puppy with me. The security officer asked me if I had an ID and I said yes but it's expired and I am waiting on my brother. He said well you can't be standing out here without an ID, I said I do have an ID but it's expired. Plus I am not going to leave without knowing that my order is right. He said you can do that outside. I have never in my life felt so embarrassed and outraged of the customer service I got from an employee and a security officer. The two of them had attitudes and also said we look suspicious. I want something done about them two or I have all of your customers not come back to your stores. I will also call the BBB and many other places know how bad the customer service and the false accusations. I would love the owner of this place call me asap this matter needs to be handled immediately.

Incredible selection, nice and attentive staff hungry to give you information and some of them really know and love their product. Spent a week and a few days here and they made me feel like part of their neighborhood. After shopping around, i enjoyed their buds and staff the most in Seattle. Their selection and product awareness is nice. The Aurum farms nd Gabriel stuff is fire. Always ask if there are any specials!!
