I moved to the area and had trouble finding a local shop with extensive knowledge. The staff clearly knows their industry and is exceptionally helpful. This is definitely my preferred shop now.

Brought an obviously defective device from this store and brought it back. They accused me of trying to return an empty device. Accusing me of lying. This blew my mind because I was a fairly regular customer. This store does not stand behind their products and they miss treat their customers. I am finding a new store and will never spend another dollar here.

They've got a large selection of vape juices and one of the couple in the area that carry my favorites. They've got all the supplies you need as well. Good group of folks that are happy to help you with what you need.

this location has been the ONLY location i’ve been buying vapes since last year, the one dude who i think runs the place has always been super kind and been the main reason i go back, and also they have a great rewards system! but, I bought a vape yesterday that started auto firing after the first time i charged it & since i walked out the door the battery has been really bad, im talking like it went down 3% by the time i got out of the store and into my car. so i called today to see if there was anything that could be done, and the dude on the phone told me to bring it in so he could take a look at it. he confirmed that it was auto firing but then told me i would have to buy another one because it’s been slow today and he can’t go negative in sales… or something along those lines. i’m sorry but im not going to spend over $50 on vapes in 2 days, also, why would you tell me to drive up there so you can take a look, when you know what the outcome was gonna be. you knew you weren’t going to replace it for me, so you wasted my time for no reason at all, you could’ve told me that over he phone. and it also sucks being such a loyal customer that when there’s an issue there’s nothing to be done for me. i’m not sure i’ll be coming back to this location unfortunately.

This is a hit or miss location. 3 employees work the counter. 1 of the employees is customer oriented and does what he can to insure your experience is good. 1 employee is there for a paycheck. 1 employee will not be there long. He has no clue about how to talk to customers. If I open the door and see him working I just walk right back out. To many other stores close by than to have to deal with this employee. Smaller store but has a fair selection. Was going there weekly now once every couple months due to the one employee. I drive a little further to insure I have a good customer service.
