Employees need better training and a bit overpriced. As being new to the products we went into the store, asked a bunch of questions and bought some. The employee said it was a cannabis plant with the thc bred out of it however that is not correct. This is hemp flower from industrial hemp. Otherwise, service was great.

All I have to say is that Alamo botanicals in New Braunfels is the coolest place and most knowledgeable shop that sells high quality CBD and THC products. Sean is such a pleasure to deal with and so very knowledgeable. I know if I were the owner of this company. I would definitely be so happy to have someone like Sean working for me. As a small business owner ourselves, we know what it’s like to have good help. Thank you guys so much we are returning customers and will continue to be! Thanks you again and again Sean! Went to Alamo Botanicals to purchase CBD treats for my dog who was just diagnosed with hip dysplasia. Sierra assisted me & was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I left feeling very educated and confident in my purchase!! Definitely a satisfied customer!!

I have an autoimmune disease and am constantly in pain. My life mentally and physically has been drastically improved because of the availability of the high quality cbd products at this amazing store! This store has aided in a big quality improvement in life for me! I am so grateful for this store!

My wife and I were calling around to different CBD shops to ask some questions about products and pricing. Everyone we called seemed to have an attitude that we even called them. Everyone seemed like we were inconveniencing them until we called Alamo Botanicals and George answered. He was eager to answer any question we had. We could tell he was not only knowledgeable but passionate about the products and the service he was providing. Needless to say we went straight over and I am really glad we did. The vast selection of products (all top shelf) could have been daunting but with George’s guidance we thoroughly enjoyed finding what was right for us. We were tremendously satisfied with our selection. Don’t go anywhere else in New Braunfels for your CBD or Hemp needs!
