Louie is the best!! The shop looks like most vape shops but the customer service, the product, and the prices here are worthy of 10 stars. It is truly wonderful going someplace new and walking out feeling like you have made a new friend, while also getting exactly what you needed and were in search of. I will definitely be going back.

I just recently moved close to this smoke shop so decided to give it a try instead of my usual store. And I must say, I am more than happy that I did. I've been there twice now and both times I had excellent experiences. The staff is so friendly. I believe my first visit I was greeted by the owner. He was extremely nice and even gave me a product to try for free. My second experience at this shop was last night and I was greeted by a guy named Matt. He was also extremely helpful and very nice. Even offered me a pack of cigars to go with my purchase. This place is a local owned small business that appreciates every single customer that comes in there. I don't think this place has been getting the recognition it deserves. Their prices are very competitive and they have everything you could possibly want from a smoke shop. I highly recommend if you're in the area stopping in and giving this place a try. I'd much rather spend my money here where I can tell that it's truly appreciated than some place that just treats you like another number. This place is very clean and professional. And it's the last smoke shop I'll be going to.

Excellent customer service, and great prices. They know their products well. I highly recommend Al's. It's family owned & they make you feel like family while you're there. Edited to reply to owners reply... I have definitely been back many, many times since this review! So much that many of the employees know me well, like family! All of the employees &owners are amazing people!

I go here only for my vapes, the dude and younger chick working there are very friendly and patient if you're undecided on what flavors. They don't sell knockoff vapes like some of the other smoke shops around. 100% recommend.
