First time here and already thinking about never coming back huge line an only one budtender .. but there like 4-5 people walking around doing other work related things. Not a fan terrible customer service

I had an incredible experience thanks to a beautiful and amazing woman who went above and beyond to help me. She was patient, attentive, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who combines such warmth with genuine care for customers. I left not only satisfied with my purchase, but also grateful for the experience she provided.

Ordering online every time and 90% of the time no double points I’m even asked when I go into store if I ordered online and my reply is always yes. Now every time I’ve ordered in the past as well when the have limited time free items for an amount purchased I’ve noticed that on those days when I order “online” that by the time my order is verified by store by the time I am able to get there the “free” items associated with the purchase is no longer available that day 1st come 1st served so are the promotions just a way to get people to buy from their store? Starting to think so.

Brennan is an amazing cashier. Ive been here numerous times and never been told that I had points racked up for rewards until I was serviced by him. He gave great info on the product and has great social skills as well! Ive never been disappointed with Organix, but Brennan made my trip much better.

DON'T GET THE HOUSE CARTS. Great service and great people every time I go but I strongly suggest you stay away from the house carts. I've bought maybe 5 of their house carts and 2 of them were all messed up and clogged, the 2nd one especially so. You had to suck on it so hard to unclog it and it would be burning up the juice while you were trying to unclog it. A complete and total waste of about 30$.

Kind of a far drive from me, but really great place. Has a nice thing going on. Great selection, good service. Went right before Christmas... long line. Went prior to New years, not too bad.

Im done shopping here, I have shopped here for years and I'm done. They put deals online, but don't give them to you. Thankfully I asked about the discount, mostly because thier site at checkout never shows it properly. But I realized no discount was given, the bud tender went to ask someone about it. I'm told it's just on the carts, not the live resin. OK maybe I overlooked something. So I go home, no being very happy. Then I got Furious when I got home and saw the deal online that said live resin, sauce carts, dabapplicator. So I called them, I'm told the same thing. Maybe I'm the idiot here, but I'm pretty sure it's just bad business practices. Actually Im going to go there one more time to cash in my 3000 loyalty points and never go back.

Slowest wait time. I put in an online order an hour ago and they can’t seem to process it. Waited in the “express line” for 20 minutes just for Mason to say I was a walk in. Ridiculous, people put orders because they’re on a schedule. Edit: William was very attentive and had a good attitude and seemed genuinely happy to help me. He definitely gave a good experience. Mika is also a great bud tender.

I've been to a lot of the dispensaries around Phoenix and I have to say that this Arizona organix location is amazing. It Looks amazing on the inside and the staff is kind, quick, and knowledgeable. The new customer system let's you get "bogo" on certain items for the first 5 times you buy.
