Good selection of product however they are never open on time, closed early often, on “5 minute” breaks and come back 45 minutes later. It’s kind of annoying to need to run in for a quick product then end up having to wait 30-45 minutes for service because they aren’t true to store hours. Unfortunately this makes me not want to come here any longer.

The employees are awesome! Excellent vape shop lots of product and variety. Definitely worth checking out! So happy they are open again😁

Walked in, associate greeted us but was assisting someone already, not a problem. However, she spent 15+ minutes with this individual and left me and my boyfriend waiting. Another individual walked in and finally after another 4 min she was ready to assist someone else. She had the audacity to say she didn't know who to assist first when she clearly saw and acknowledged my boyfriend and I when we first walked in. This associate needs better training and to improve her customer service skills. I only gave it a 2 because of the decent selection or else it would have been a 1. Customer service makes up the experience and this was not it.

Went in to find a battery and Jay was very helpful about the different batteries very passionate about the store and dedicated someone give that guy a raise !👍
