Unacceptable behavior. I went this morning (Jan 17). The staff here has forgotten that they work in a regulated industry. I’ve already drafted a formal complaint to the state regarding the conduct I witnessed today. If you think you can treat patients and customers like this without repercussions, you’re in for a rude awakening. The customer service was non existent…actually, it was worse than that, it was hostile. I felt completely disrespected, and I wasn't the only one…the other customers in line were agreeing with me about how rude the staff was acting. There are too many other options in town to deal with being treated like garbage when you're just trying to make a purchase.

Big shout out to JT you were fantastic-you even knew the menu, but not a "turtle", offered great reviews on products, and made sure i was saving $$$$. Overall awesome personality, made me smile and laugh, and enjoy the rest of my day!!!!

Shout out to Adrian who is the best, he's always happy to see you and to help you find what you need to get high! Love this shop, and love that they have people like Adrian in the place, everyone working there deserves a raise and a good tip on your purchase!

**CONSUMER/CUSTOMERS BE AWARE** So when this place first opened up, I sat down with an employee to sign up for the rewards accounts. Every time I came to the store for a purchase, the employee at the front desk told me that my account is active and I’m earning points. A few months ago I found out I have not received a single point and I’ve spent thousands of dollars here. I have been emailing management and corporate about these issues and they still refuse to give me the points that I earned. They said all they can do is give me about 300 points even when I should have thousands. I will never spend another dime here again. I have been a loyal customer from day one and they still refuse to make things right.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Beyond Hello! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Heather usually is at the front and she is just a sweet human! It is so nice to see people ACTUALLY happy to be at work! Eli helped me today! He was quick, kind and knowledgeable! Their prices are amazing and you will save so much money! They are LGBTQIA+ friendly, disability friendly, and the place has to be cleaner than the hospital. That and it always smells good inside. The restrooms are always spotless. The whole crew is awesome!!!! High-ly recommend! Pun fully intended.

I love this place. I found out it opened and I’ve been coming consistently since. Every person I’ve met has been super nice and helpful, and I love it. Once the prices are able to drop it will be even better! Heather also helped me out this morning and other people too and she’s great!
