I just moved to the South Valley and found this gem! I had an extraordinary experience with LARISSA! She was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and quarks! The prices are very affordable and the store was very clean and organized. I appreciate the level of professional attitude and the comprehensive organization that LARISSA ran the store with it's really rare to find people who still care about their work now days and I'm going to be a loyal patron for the duration of my time in the South valley! I visited the wrong location (they’re upgrading the space) since I used google maps but surprisingly, this didn’t turn out to be an inconvenience. I was welcomed by David and he redirected me to their operating location about a mile away. It’s always great to walk into any establishment and meet a manager in charge that’s smiling, and when I actually went to the right spot the woman in charge Larissa was also smiling. Great selection, I’ll be back!

Just left this smoke shop first off they don't have prices on items worker tried calling someone for price no luck then said I could get a rain check to come back in a couple days for the price then I made my purchase gave cash got receipt and she walked away I then asked what about my change she stated she was keeping it for a tip I told her that's not how tips work you don't decide without customers permission to just keep there change. I try to spend my money in my community in the "mom and pops" stores but when you try to buy something and can't even get a price makes it very hard. So it's either poor training,bad worker or poor management you decide.
