This is by far the best Smoke/Vape Shop in the Jacksonville Beach area! The selection of deferent quality products is mind blowing. I always enjoy stopping by to see what’s new here! … and great customer service! You are treated with respect and it’s much appreciated!

This is the worst smoke shop in Jacksonville. The guy that works there is very rude and all of the products are overpriced. They will be going out of business soon. The vape was purchased 3 days earlier, not 1 week, and it just stopped working. I buy the Off Stamp refills for $6.99 and you charge $9.99. You have been rude every time I’ve come into your store. I can’t be the only one that has experienced your poor customer service. Good luck.

I came to the store and bought two “Watermelon Ice “ packs. I walked out of the store and opened one up and it had a Blue Raspberry that was open!! Worse yet, it was not only open, it was out of vape! I came back in and told the manager, and he called me a liar, claiming that he opened both of them, and blamed me! He lost my business! There’s a reason why this place never has people there!! Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
