I recently visited Sunbuds Dispensary in Savanna La Mar. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite being the first customer, I was overlooked and had to wait while others were attended to. When the manager finally assisted me as if he had no time. I felt disrespected and unvalued. The manager was rude to an employee in my presence and didn't offer helpful assistance when I couldn't find what I was looking for. The pre-rolls also seemed smaller and more expensive than before. Overall, the poor customer service and lack of care for customers left a negative impression. And I will not be going back!

Hello good day , is something wrong with you guys , hey I’m being straight forward couple days ago one of the ladies at red hills road branch was attacked and all now you guys don’t think of getting a buzz for the door and a monitor at there sales section so they can see who’s at the door come on man , your thinking about making money but what about the people them life’s think about their safety yow get them some shirts to wear at work people come man , you guys sell good products and the customer service is great the supervisor, the sales person, the short lady they all have good customer service so what is the issue man I’m tired to go there and seeing the ladies in casual clothes get them some shirts man plz do better…canna clinic you guys are the best but for clothing nah but the service is good but you the directors are slipping up , fix up the thing …safety and clothing,?…but customer service 100% excellent

Usually the customer service is pristine, but lately at the Red hills branch there has been a drastic and dramatic decline with these younger/ little girls in relation to customer service, I've been made to feel as if my money is valueless...this little girls makes an awful frown upon an already unpleasant looking face. Often times they are not familiar with the products and are quick to say they don't have what you ask for. I mentioned to her once that it is customary to smile or be pleasant in this line of work....but it seems like the worst possible thing I couldve said...at the end of the day .....I guess no one will care about this post.....it's just a "weed shop" anyway....right?i wish you n your team the best.... Blessings to the ones that actually embody good service to customers..like the lady that wears the glasses...she's really nice.

Really good value for money. It was great and the girl who served us was really friendly and was on the money with the stains we got. It worked out much cheaper than the beech or hotel staff. Don't get me wrong the beech weed was nice but you are way better bulk buying here. You cld get qs and Hennys and pay in US or Jamaican dollar.

Horrible experience this time around Customer service was absolute trash, some short gyal who couldn't work a patty shop. The herb was all dry and unimpressive. Even the top choices. When we came here 2 years ago, there was proper selection, not anymore. Dodo girl spilled all the herb out the cup on the counter and tried stuffing it back in smh but going to tell us not to touch the dry weed Zero guidance on any strain. Also has no clue what psilocybin is but they sell it in the fridge. Spent 6000+JMD , couldn't get 100 change back even though it was in the tip cup. The AC is pissing water on the floor The place has the ambience of a truck stop toilet inside You let me down Canna Clinic, you let me down

the people are shortening the goods it happened twice I cannot be spending my money and not getting the full worth. That can’t work, it’s unacceptable. I also tried calling and texting but no answer that’s crazy for a legit business. Montego Bay btw. Understood it was a woman she was brown and she was in a black shirt , I went in about 2:50-3:00 on Friday, December 12, I was in white t-shirt and a blue sweatpants with a black bag on my back. And thanks for dealing with the issue professionally. I got the rest of what I payed for and a couple grams more, I appreciate it.

Unfortunately the quality has been declining lately, but the prices have gone up. First from 3900 fi an oz. And plenty choices of 5000 or 6500.. Now everytime I go, 8000 and up, with little choices. Never a good selection of sativas... It is a real shame.. came here for about 3 oz a week, but will be looking at other places Lachello used to be great! Might try in a while again

The ganja was fine but the staff woman who worked today charged me 650 dollar for 1 water. So basically just a shoutout to di manager and owner of dis chain and place. The woman who worked on the 21 may 2025 dishonest and hustle by side and never gave me any recite for anything I did buy. Sad to see corruption pon da small level deh cause inna mandeville the service way better and nicer. Correction 25.5.25 The owner told me the price is 6500 and it seems to be a missunderstanding with the Lady who worked there. The customer service was very friendly and cleared the problem even offers me 1-2g for free. Great communication and customer Service. Keep on like that cause this is what the people want. Blessings
