Best location! Staff is beyond helpful. Always so kind and ready to help you with a smile. Security is awesome and I appreciate having no public access. Security always opens doors for me when he sees me walking up. He's definitely the face, others were chatting it up with him. Feels like a small town pharmacy, just dispensary.

The customer service there is amazing, and they've got an awesome selection! Make sure to try Rythm and Flower Floundery/Bank, they're the best!

I used to go to the store in Virginia Beach, but this has become my favorite of all the cannabist locations. Love Tiffany! Every time I pick up, she's always prompt and makes sure everyone is being helped. Great customer service ethic! Everyone is always fantastic.

The staff are genuinely fantastic from Mr. Steve the greeter to each individual inside. HOWEVER the product has gone down hill significantly with vapes and edibles. If you got rid of dog walkers or seche I'd be out. I used to come excited to see what was new, wait for the 9lb hammer drop but now shopping is more like avoiding potholes. I truly hope to see change soon. 100/10 customer support. Editing this because the lack of stock and specifically Indica at a medical facility is scary and unacceptable. There are many folks whose sleeping, eating and pain regulation are disrupted entirely without those aids. So you have sales and we run out of our medicine? There has to be a better way for continuity for patient care. Unacceptable. ****After posting about stock issues one of the best representatives called me and discussed opportunities for better stock for the portsmouth clientele and information about how to follow terpens as a guide for new products or brands. I feel like everyone is trying to do the best by everyone.

Awesome location as they have the friendliest staff, best selection and it never seems to be too busy. It was my go-to spot but lately I’ve been getting a lot of faulty carts. Not only clogging up but never worked from the beginning. So far they've been pretty cool about swapping out the defective ones, so I’ve kept the 4 star. But I’m worried they’re going to stop replacing them. If I didn’t have the cartridge issues, it’d totally be a 5-star!!

Smiles and friendly faces were all over this store, as well as knowledgeable caring cannabis helpers. Timeishia is a sweetie but I think it just runs in that place. They’re all wonderful.🥰🥰🥰

Flower is ideal. I grow cannabis so I go for the extracts. I love their live rosin & live rosin carts! The flavor is elegant and the vibe is top shelf. I like their Full Spectrum Extract carts too. They are full of cannabinoids and terpenes that give rosin vibes without the rosin flavor yet they taste great. Rosin is my favorite because it’s organic and made without chemicals. Rosin carts are so nice because you really get the most out of your rosin.

It wasn't really busy so I had a few questions about several things and she answered everything I needed to know at the time I got the special mix and match 4 for 125. Personally I have never had an issue with nobody at any canabist but I do like when people be like ask me a question I'm ready cause sometimes I come in with a million questions but I only ask if I feel comfortable. The reason why this is so long is because I'm sitting out back checking out the product

First time here and Miguel made it painless. I knew what I wanted and was served and out in less than 10 min. Only thing to know is that you need to fill out paperwork the 1st time and get your information into the system. That took about 10 min.
