I had the pleasure of shopping with Eren G after Eric had prepared my order. This place runs so smoothly, it’s easy to place preorders so that I don’t have to wait while the flower is selected. In advance, when I arrive Eren was able to look up the genetics on Champagne Kush and also helped me find a .5g cartridge and also let me know that the Toasted pre-rolls were available. Which are my favorite prerolls. Eren is always super on top of it, there has never been a question that wasn’t answered or ended without superior results. I shop at Cannabist regularly. It’s the highest caliber dispensary in the Tempe/Scottsdale area and their House Strain 777 is just as high quality as brands like Connected or MADE. I WILL ALWAYS CONTINUE TO SHOP AT CANNABIST!!!

Honestly this place is amazing... The first timer discount on top of 25 dollar halves is very generous. They constantly have deals of 25% off the whole store or some BOGO variation. You can consistently rely on 25-33% discounts what seems like everyday. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help. Answer any questions I may have and willing to grab any product I might want to check out. I also love that they have their plants proudly on display as you walk into the back. I love growing and the plants honestly seemed healthy and vigorous after coming back again. My motto is "grow good, smoke good" and they seem to stand by that. It's good to know I have a dope dope spot just a mile away from me in case I need anything.

Customer service inside the store was phenomenal. I had an issue with a live resin cart not working right they told me I only had 48 hours to get it replaced from the time I bought it. I just kind of gave me a hard time if you’re building bridges and your connecting with your community and you’re trying to build a customer report with people I just don’t think that’s the way you handle business is giving him a hard time about replacing a broken product and set a time limit on it.

Alexis is always super sweet and helpful. She is awesome! Also the security guard that works Saturdays is awesome as well. I really like this shop.
