Excellent flowers, prices, discounts and the store its nice. Sometimes they're a little bit rushed, just want to see between all the options, don't know everything but still they had some kind of good attitude.

First time patients get 20% off the entire purchase. Daily deals themed after a category. SUPER WIDE VARIETY OF FLOWER! They had eights as low as $16! I got some Gelato #41. With savings it was $13. Also got a KIVA Dark Chocolate Bar as these are a favorite of mine whenever I can find them. The bud tender (Alie B) was quite rapid in their assessing of what bought me there and offered me a deep inhalation of some of the beautiful buds on hand to assist in my selection. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I enjoyed my first visit to Catalyst Florence and will be back as well as recommend it to others in search of a quality cannabis dispensary in that area.

Well first I hope I’m spelling the girls name right her name is Lynesss and I just want to say that I’ve come to this location multiple times and did not like the customer service interaction that I was giving because I’m not used to buying weed out of a storefront so I have a lot of questions most the time But today lanes was eager to show me multiple items. Give me descriptions calculate prices and let me know what was the best thing for me and my dollar she even showed me some things for the next time just in case I thought about them that’s the type of service you guys should have all the time here , I’m coming back just to see her

I feel very sad when good stores work with bad staff. The employees here have mastered the art of keeping people waiting. and they can't organize the customer line. After waiting in vain for 25 minutes, I went out without buying anything.

This location is my favorite location. The staff is friendly and they have great deals. I just hate that they're always out of the Protabs. Other than that, I love Catalyst
