Jalen was a great help and the customer service from all staff was as expected. Shout out to the catalyst fam for their deals and high selection. Update 6/11/24 Still fire deals and great staff. Craig was a great help and solid employee ! DK!

Great products in store but I got no first time patient deal. HR manager refused to give me early bird discount as well. I was bummed. I payed full price. I appreciate and respect when a dispensary keeps their word. Unfortunately Catalyst Figueroa did not. I could have gone to a different catalyst location and at least received early bird discount. It helps. Hope you can help me. Thank you

My experience with Izzy at Catalyst, was a memorable one, she has a great knowledge with the products, has the most lovely eyes and great attitude , just with Izamary her self I would leave 10stars if I could. please tip heavy, this woman is on fire😫🔥 I am sure to come back soon even often for their good deals that are hard to find anywhere else.

Use to be my go-to spot. Use to be! I only smoke pre rolls. Well, I bought Slugger hybrid for $47.49 and it would not smoke!! Meaning the weed in them was so dense that very little air would pass, though making it impossible to smoke! Of course, I called to see what could be done. The manager said he couldn't exchange it, but he could offer me some type of promo. Sir, is the promo going to be $47.49 worth of weed? No, ok, never going back! ( This is not the first time this has happened at catalyst, but it is the first time it happened at this location)
