THEY STOLE 200€ FROM ME AND LAUGHED IN MY FACE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am writing this to warn every single person in this city: DO NOT ENTER THIS SHOP. I made the mistake of trusting this business with 200€ of my hard-earned money. I purchased four premium pens, expecting quality. What I received was absolute garbage that borderline constitutes fraud. THE SCAM: Every single unit I bought was defective. Not "low quality," but broken. They lasted less than 24 hours. We are talking maybe 50 puffs before the battery died or the tank failed. I paid 200€ for paperweights. When a product fails that fast, it is either expired, counterfeit, or completely defective. THE HUMILIATION: When I returned to the shop—calmly and politely—to ask for a solution, the staff didn't apologize. They laughed at me. Imagine spending that kind of money, getting ripped off, and having an employee cackle in your face. THE COVER-UP: I gave them one last chance. I messaged the business directly on WhatsApp, hoping the owner would have some integrity. Instead, I was met with gaslighting and arrogance. They accused me of "smoking it all" in one day. Do the math. It is physically impossible to consume four pens in 4 days. They know they are selling broken merchandise, and their strategy is to blame the victim so they can keep your money. THE VERDICT: This isn't a business; it’s a trap. 1. They charge premium prices (200€!) for defective trash. 2. They employ staff who mock customers. 3. The ownership refuses to take accountability and insults your intelligence. I will be posting this review on every platform and telling everyone I know until this is rectified.
