This is a fantastic place lived the service real friendly, helpful getting what you need very knowledgeable I the products and suggested fantastic deals . Wish I lived closer because this would be my shop I choice. The prices were really good , different for sure then California shops . A BIG THANK YOU to the staff there that day. Made us feel right at home ... Will definitely stop there again on my next trip ... Ask about the house grown deal sweet flower .. lived it .

Not only does Cloud nine have some of the best, nicest, polite and kind bud tenders. There are in the valley. I’ve always been treated extremely well. I am very picky and particular as my husband says I’m a pot snob!! The point is they take their time, and do not rush me, they know the product well. The variety of the product is pretty high-quality and the prices are actually the best the Valley, has I believe. I recommend Cloud nine to friends and family or people that are just passing through from out of town! I truly appreciate how I am treated there the price and variety of the product and will continue to go there for years to come.

My first time at any dispensary. I was recommended CBD for my pulled back muscles. I don't know a lot about CBD, but Charles helped me out. I bought the one he recommended and it's working. I'm sore, but not in sheer agony. So happy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Thanks guys!!

They have good bud and prices and mostly good staff, but some of the budtenders are so awful and rude that it's almost worth paying more to go elsewhere. I'm at the point now that if I walk in and see a certain budtender I'm just going to walk back out and go next door. Spend 500 bucks a week here and he acts that way. I know its not a lot to a store like this but its enoigh i shouldnt be disrespected
