Genuinely the best smoke shop in Columbus. The ladies who work there are always so kind and helpful. My partner and I come in roughly once a week or so for the wide selection of wraps, and there’s always something new to try. Never a long wait since it’s a hidden gem on the west side. Best customer service and will continue giving them business as long as I’m a Columbus resident.

The women working here are funny,friendly and willing to answer questions.the store is clean and organized.xmas is around the corner..make cloud 9 your one stop shop! Don't forget to ask about the monthly water pipe give away!
