This store has some amazing staff! I am always blown away by how kind everyone is when I come to this store. They also have a solid selection and quick service, which makes this dispensary a win. I’m especially glad they carry Rove, since those products are reliably potent and my top pick every time!

Laddie was very nice and very knowledgeable. I needed help placing my order and she was very cheerful and excited to help me. She made me feel like I was appreciated as a very valuable customer even though it was only my second time there and the first time I actually ordered in store.

Had an amazing experience with Jordan. I walked in for the first time a bit overwhelmed (tbi) and he noticed and instantly came over and helped me. He was so nice and I kind of explained I can’t really make decisions and I went home with some fire thank you Jordan for your kindness and noticing me. Amazing place will be back next week and forever

This store used to be a great place to visit with knowledgeable budtenders, but to say it’s gone downhill is an understatement. You could walk into a bright and welcoming store. Now the waiting room is so dark. Staff seem more focused on their own conversations and personal lives than helping patients. The overall atmosphere feels unprofessional and disorganized compared to how it once was. Customer service is inconsistent, and there’s little sense of urgency or attentiveness. Simple questions feel like interruptions rather than part of the job. It’s unfortunate to see a dispensary lose what once made it stand out. If you’re looking for a welcoming, patient-focused experience, this location may no longer be the best option.

I give this 4 stars because of the fast service!! What stopped me from more? I don’t care for ordering in the kiosks. I like that interaction with staff member and their knowledge. Don’t get me wrong the workers there that checked me out were great but. But in my own personal other experiences, I enjoy more the interaction between the sales person and myself with their opinions. That’s all other than that. The store is beautiful great products.
