My sister in law is from PA and brought me in for the first time today. She ALWAYS selects Brian as her budtender! She comes in often for her supply. Brian warmly greeted me and treated us just like family. Amazing knowledge and recommendations! I normally feel rushed but not with Brian. He was efficient yet did not rush us in any way. I’m now a member and will be back as I am a resident of DE. Looking forward to seeing Brian again! Happy Holidays!

My first time in and everyone was exceptionally. Isaiah was so helpful with all my needs, but I feel terrible I didn't tip. Didn't realize till I saw it on the receipt when I left. I will def double tip my next visit. Thank you all.

(Update below, willow still rocks) Willow my bud tender was great 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ However the lack of qualified bud tenders caused me to have a 2+ hour wait. I didn’t have to wait that long at FSC/thrive during the pandemic when they only did curbside pickup and back then the line of cars actually reached beyond the gate to enter and was lined up almost a half mile up germay drive. Columbia cares best products are made by FSC then sold for more money! Most of their house brands don’t compete with FSC and I stopped buying the $30 .3 disposables because they kept dying , giving me the flashing light, when about 1/3 and 1/4 of the .3 is left , which granted isn’t that much but if you’re going to sell a “disposable l” it should either have more than enough power to finish the distillate or have a charging port like most other disposables do. So much for stoner good vibes and hospitality! Time for greedy green growers and venture capitalists buying out any and every brand they can get their hands on so the little guy doesn’t have a chance to break into the medical or recreational markets! It won’t be long until you can go to your local convenience store or Wawa and ask for a pack of “Marlboro Marijuana full spectrum/lights/100’s/menthol” It was the first day of legalized recreational cannabis sales but they only had one bud tender for recreational sales and one bud tender for medicinal sales. 2 hours in waiting UPDATED: Just went back AGAIN, had willow taking care of me on New Year’s Eve. Things were MUCH quicker than my last post. Plenty of bud tenders on staff. In and out in 10min. Lucky for me willow was my bud tenders again, she’s always great and almost as knowledgeable as I am. Btw recently I’ve been into the FORBIDDEN FRUIT CAKE, over my usual wedding cake or cheese. The forbidden fruit cake is of course a wedding cake cross but it’s stronger indica linage gives it more of a couch lock and if you’re looking for something to impress your friends, this is it! I guarantee you have never had herb that smells and tastes like this! INCREDIBLY fruity smell and taste to the point you’d think it was flavored distillate except for the fact it’s 100% flower! Seriously I can’t recommend this thug enough. Actually forget I said anything… I wanna make sure there’s some left for me next time I go ! And if they get more PANCAKES in stock, I call that shit! If it’s still hitting around 32% TAC I will take the maximum allowed by state law. Pic of the forbidden fruit cake. 2nd pic is the last of the 32% TAC pancakes I have left. I still have almost a 1/4oz of the forbidden fruit cake that tags in at 25% TAC with an incredible terp profile.

Brian was awesome. Very personable with laid back, positive vibes. Took care of everything smoothly and quickly. Will definitely look for him next time I'm in!

Willow, The sales girl, was so great! She even referred me to something I have never tried before. Everyone at this store is super friendly and extremely helpful. They take their time with helping you. They don't try to rush you out. Also, the security guard Bree, is super nice and sweet.

It felt great to have all my questions answered. It was a fantastic experience and i didnt feel rushed even when I felt like I was taking long. Great job to all the knowledgeable staff for being so welcoming. Kudos see you soon!

The receptionist Wayne was so rude and snappy the entire interaction. I was trying to provide my updated information and he was so dismissive and hostile that I didn’t even feel comfortable continuing so I just left.

Nicholas was phenomenal! I am a first time customer and he made me feel valued and cared for! He was very informative, polite, and sociable. I would certainly come back to this location not just for their incredible selection but also for the very kind and compassionate people :-)
