I agree with all the other reviews worst the worst absolute horrible Customer Service not only did I call there and I was extremely nice explaining to them that I went on their website to see what products they have. They then told me that they don't know what website I'm on because their website has the products listed. I explained to them that I've been on their website before until their storm many times yet they still insulted me by telling me that I'm not doing it the right way so I said to him please why don't you look on your phone and see if you could see the products B He said and then hung up on me. Don't go here. They won't treat you well because their prices are so expensive bad location, and even worth parking.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Janelle was rude and unprofessional, lots of attitude and lack of knowledge when it comes to, customer service and transaction processing. She made me feel so uncomfortable!! She even refused to add a 15% “x” discount with an excuse that she already process the transaction (even tho we haven’t paid yet). She need to understand the whole rental/sales business on a different level. She also needs to work on her attitude A LOT! The management should train their sales associates better than this!! WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!! On top of that my friend who paid cash - didn’t get a receipt and I paid card and it came to my statement as an ATM withdraw.

Worthless. Bought some Good Tide gummies last week and they did literally nothing. I called Cookies for some good customer service and they told me to call Good Tide. Nope. Wrong answer, friend. Never again with this place.

My 3rd location to visit. This one was a whole vibe. Budtender was super nice and knowledge (the one with the beautiful eyes). Giving 30% off for first time at this location. Security dude was cool as well. Had great selections on edibles.

whoever the black long haired lady was working the counter today at 1pm was so incredibly rude, impatient, and not helpful to me and my friend. I am a regular and come into the store a lot, I love the staff but today she had no time to help. When I asked for flavors of a certain item I wanted, she listed them so fast to the point I couldn’t make out what she was saying. When I asked her to repeat she was clearly annoyed. When I was getting my cash together she was incredibly rude in asking me how I was paying when I was clearly getting my money together. Every other staff member was very kind like usual but she stayed at the counter and was annoyed at doing her job today. Disappointed bc I don’t want to come to a place where I’m a regular and be treated like shit. Spent a lot too not like I was only buying a pre roll

Some of the staff is very friendly and will remind you of any sales or let you know that if you spend over $100 you get to spin the wheel. Some just really want you in and out and don't really care about what your specific needs are. Overall amazing prices and fair customer service so I'm always coming back. Tip your budtender!

Always low or out of 510 thread vapes. Don't even have their own brand in stock typically! The customer service is coo but the quality/availability of stuff sucks! Would recommend going to Catalyst or Stiiizy over these guys....

More interested in fixing their tvs than acknowledge literally anything I had to say. Was not a good experience at all, like if y’all don’t like your jobs why even show up? Disappointed to say the least!
