I am adding to my review. I did go back and they gave me my four carts without any issue. Original: I bought 4 carts, and edibles, the 4 carts were not put in my bag. I didn’t notice until I got home an hour and a half a way, when I realized and called back I was told there was nothing they could do except have me come back. They offered to let me speak to a manager I was on hold “#1 in the queue” for over 20 minutes before I had to hang up and go back to work. It was over $100 of merch that wasn’t put in my bag. Super disappointed! Will only go back to get what is mine.

I've been shopping here for a few years now and I personally like them better than most other places I've been. Most of the time I stick to the "daily deals". I have consistently gotten very nice, silver tier ounces for only $65. We were paying that much back in the 90s and the quality wasn't even comparable by today's standards. I will continue buying from curaleaf for the foreseeable future.

Angel (with the AMAZING eyeliner) has restored my faith in this location when arrived for my online order. Angel was quick to greet me and showed me right inside (she was also redirecting people to the correct area once she had them inside of the building). Update - stopped in today and had GREAT customer service from Eli! Thank you! This location, like many others, can be a very frustrating experience when ordering online. Angel was sure to reduce all of that stress and anxiety off of the customer as she assumed responsibility for the flow of customers to ensure the most prompt and pleasant shopping experience

Bro, the past three times I've come here. Nothing but leaking and carts filled at 80%. I weighed the carts "full and empty" the math ain't mathing. The tree is alright, but I'm tired of leaky/already chiefed on carts. I wouldn't complain if I was spending 50-150 each visit. Don't recommend Also, they treat you better if you're a female.

I've been going to this location as long as it's been open. Once again, I was taken care of without any issue. I wanted to use my points with my purchase and a manager had to do an override because of system issues. Thanks Curaleaf for taking care of your customers and always having the best deals
