Upon completing the vaccination check-in, the Pharmacy Tech at Madera Country Club branch, she instructed us to wait at the vaccination area for a couple minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I followed up at the check-in counter & asked how many minutes more do we have to wait. She then asked Joon, who doesn’t seem to care how long we’ve been waiting to administer the shots to elderly patients . Had to follow-up & Joon who administers the shot who kept repeating I’m working on it, looking irritated on the follow-up. That was a rude comment & attitude to me. It still took time for the vaccine to be administered. This is in stark contrast to the Howard Branch where everyone are just so helpful.

Drove 20 minutes there to pu a prescription. Said it would be ready in 1 to 2 hours. I said I would have to come back the next day. Before I got home less than 20 min. I received a text prescription was ready I called and complained. Dirty store no inventory. Not going back I canceled my order will go to another CVS.

This is the worst pharmacy ever they have incompetent people that work there. You always have to wait from 30 to 1 1/2 hours to get your prescription. I don't understand why. Just as everyone says about the staff here is rude and not too intelligent. Maybe you are required to be unintelligent to be hired at this pharmacy
