Short Story: Unreliable location, you should drive 30 minutes away to an actual 24 hr pharmacy the next county over.
Long Story: They close at random hours during the night because they don't have enough staff to actually operate 24 hrs. Tonight they locked the store 30 minutes past midnight and told the customers waiting outside to come back in "3 to 5 hours"??? In the managers words, "we only have enough staff to be open 24 hrs on some Saturdays". Dishonest store hours posted online, and the pharmacy does not answer the phone.

I was sent texts that my prescriptions were "Ready", ot stand in line for 20 minutes to be treated rudely and dismissive that it was impossible for their system to be wrong, even when their own texts say that all are READY. My Dr, his Nurse and I are wrong. Go to drop off. No line but no one there. Once there another Rude dismissive and obstinate employee tells me to contact my Dr because he canceled of all thing my blood pressure meds. Three calls and two more waits in line. I get a message their working on it. Remember the texts saying that ready I read those at 12:10 it is now 20 to 4 no lunch yet my dog has been in the car most of the time, not to mention all the stuff not done in the second half of the day. This is technically the third day. I was supposed to be on an out of town job. This has essentially cost me three days wages and since I won't be there tomorrow til late 4 days. This is costing me $ and I do t work cheap.

do NOT get your prescriptions filled here. AWFUL. They do not pick up their phones maybe 90% of the time. Rude and ignorant staff. Should be shut down. AVOID!!!!!!

The Head Pharmacist does an outstanding job for me. I am a Senior that has to take almost a dozen different medications. CVS goes out of their way to help me with any prescription issue from advice to finding a substitute medication if a shortage is happening. I suggest you call before you go and talk to a Pharmacist who will be happy to assist you.

This store is probably fine for going in and shopping on an as-needed basis, but absolutely DO NOT try to order online for in-store pickup.
I placed an online order on 7/4/24. On Friday I hadn't received an email that it was ready so I dropped by the store and was told by a manager that "The person who does this called out, so it wasn't done. You'll get an email when it's ready."
On Sunday 7/7/24 I still hadn't heard anything so I called the store, it rang with no voicemail and nobody answering. I called corporate (whose phone number I couldn't find online, and only found in my banking app associated with the charge for the order). I spoke with someone and once I explained the situation, she said that was really strange because my order should have been fulfilled on 7/4 and it showed in the system as being ready for picking in the back room (or something to that effect). Still on hold with corporate trying to get a refund, and they're all being understanding and delightful. But the Bon Air store is an absolute fail.
