Best self service car wash in New Albany! Recently renovated blowing away the competition. I have a black vehicle that I wash weekly. I've used others in town and this one in my opinion is the best.

We used the soft touch car wash and were left very disappointed with the quality. We bought the most expensive wash offered and there was still soap all over the vehicle. The dryer stopped before it even reached the middle of the roof. We pulled out and went to the self serve bay and paid again to rinse off the vehicle and dry it. The dryer that is in the bay works no better than my hairdryer at home…. They really need to improve their equipment and quality. Not a fan and won’t waste my money here again.

I don't smoke at all so I can't even consider that portion of it but the soft touch car wash is pretty decent and well priced. The only issues I have is the water streams seem weak and don't get small portions of my car and the dryer could definitely use an upgrade to at least a third blower but for the price I'll get a quick wash every couple weeks or so.

This place is a scam & he won’t make right on his product-go elsewhere, treats customers like total garbage & lies to make the sell then won’t stand by it-dude sold me a torch maybe 2 wks ago, he stated was his very best, most expensive naturally, guaranteed it-worked but when I went back to this rathole & purchased butane yesterday to refill it, discovered the stem is broken. I took the fluid & the torch back to him & said I believe the stem is faulty but maybe he could get it to work & he couldn’t & had the nerve to tell me he doesn’t know I didn’t break it in the maybe wk & a half I brought the torch-i told him o didn’t need to refill it until now-he graciously offered to sell me another overpriced pos @ a discount-do yourself a favor & go to a reputable place, NOT HERE. Trash.
