Just had the worst customer service experience in my life today here. I returned an empty joint paper where the weed flew totally out when I tried to smoke it. It is not the first time this has happened. The manager Andrew insinuated I had done it in purpose- it “was impossible according to the law of physics “ for that to happen. I don’t appreciate being called a thief by a place I have done business with for three years. Then as I was walking away the girl who waited on me yelled “Don’t snatch from me!” I said what? She said “don’t snatch - I don’t deserve it!” These people are profoundly stupid. They inspired my little chat with the state about selling defective products. They lost my business, my friend’s business, and everyone who will read my posts on every social media site I can find. Idiots.

I go with my family member who spends almost $300 and gets the limit of stuff every time she goes. Many times when we go, there’s a thin Caucasian young female with like three gold nose piercings, and she is horrible at her job. She won’t say it to the customers faces, but anytime somebody comes and ask her the simplest question. She complains to the workers that “she doesn’t wanna explain everything that they have to the customers.” We were there the other day and spent over $300 and got the maximum amount and the girl wasn’t even helping us that day even though she does a lot but she still went up to the employee that was helping us so much and being so nice and saying to her that “she wouldn’t tell The customers every single thing that they have.” Anytime the customers ask her the simplest question and she has to do her job, She gets mad and goes up to the other employees and tells them that she doesn’t feel like telling the customers everything that they have.

Went in with my fiancé and everyone there was very nice. Specially the sweet lady at the counter that helped us. Will come again and would recommend

This location is fantastic. It’s clean, quick and easy to get to. The budtenders are very kind and knowledgeable and even remembered me a month and a half later. Everything about this place (albeit pricey) is great except the flower quality. My mother has had 5 strains so far and only one of them has met expectations, especially for the price. We did go back and stock up on the one strain she liked, but she will be sticking to the capsules from here on out. I really wish she could trust the quality because this place is phenomenal otherwise, like not one bad quality. I’ll give another shout out to the budtenders, they were all very good to us.
