I ordered sundried irish sea moss and it's early gone bad. It's supposed to be lighter colored and it's full of black spots. Searched for authentic Irish sea moss but didn't expect such bad quality.

Not only do they provide TOP QUALITY Sea Moss Gel (that you can trust wasn't made in some random person's kitchen), but the over all ambiance of this shop is just so incredibly inviting. As seamless as check out is and as quickly as you can get in and out of here, you just wont want to leave!

I love getting my sea moss from here!! I always feel better after a week tops! I also did not know the sea moss couldn't go in the freezer in the glass container so it broke and the store greatly replaced it for me! I am super greatfull because this stuff is a need!

The product is incredible but the customer service is horrible. I first encountered this company at the Rose 5K in Sonoma. The customer service was amazing that day! I bought a ton of items and I was pleasantly surprised to find out the the store front was very close to my house. Fast forward to today, I go to the store. The sign says “closed”. I walk in and the store is empty. I tell them about the sign and they don’t care. One person has her feet up on the couch and watching tv, the other is sitting by the window. The one by the couch never gets up. She just turns and says hello and keeps watching tv. The guy by the window didn’t seem to have a ton of product or inventory knowledge. I ended up buying 13 items. I found the items on my own. Read about them without any assistance from the staff. I even told them I didn’t know what I wanted and they still did not help. After spending a couple hundred dollars, I asked if there was a discount or gift with purchase. They tell me there is rewards program. They don’t have any paperwork about it and they don’t give me any information about it. It was like I was bothering them by coming in the store. I bought the items and left. I gave this store 2 stars because their products are amazing. I would of given it a 1 or a 0 if not. I will not be back again and I do not recommend you go either. Businesses need to understand that you can’t treat people badly and still expect to get our business. This place gets 2 thumbs down from me.
