I’ve purchased numerous times from this shop, and always pleased with the service and products until today. The CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE, Mania was pretty rude. She didn’t even let me explain why for the first time I Was trying to exchange a product I bought the day before from Rachel. Again, I step into this shop every now and then, and I have been always treated nicely. Anywho, she didn’t find my reason to want to upgrade my item, and declined my ask to exchange the one I bought yesterday. Please, a bit more CRM when dealing with clients, especially returning ones, thanks.

This place is fantastic. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great products. Highly recommend the chocolate nibs and bars.

Walked 20 minutes looking to purchase CBD tintures but they didn’t have any. I bought something else Eddie recommended. Eddie has great people skills, while I undecided, on what to get he was able to take care of of other customers all while making Educating me on other Products that can help my condition.
