The worst service I ever received…. I purchased 2 Uno4k disposable vapes. They have a sign saying to try them before you leave to store, so that’s what I did right at the counter in front of him. I opened them and tried them. One of the vapes you could not taste the flavor. I told the clerk that one was not working properly and I needed to switch it out. He, the clerk, told me there was nothing he could do about. I said well the sign says you try them before you leave out the store that’s what I did, why can’t you take this one and give me another one. He said well there’s nothing wrong with the product, and I was like but it is there is no flavor. All I wanted was another one that worked properly. I asked him so basically you would rather lose a customer then to satisfy a customer? He shrugged his shoulders and said it is what it is……. I couldn’t believe it…. He said the company won’t take it back and give them credit because it appears to be working. I told him it wasn’t working properly. He basically blew me off so that he could help other customers. I told him I wasn’t leaving, and they should honor they policy of the sign they have posted. Her told me to call the other store and see what they said. The gentleman who answered the phone said there was nothing he could do since I was not in his store. Back to the guy who was at the store I was in. I told him that I just wanted a vape that worked properly. He said well we have signs posted that say no refunds…. I didn’t did not want a refund I just wanted another vape that worked properly…. He then called they police on me because I would not leave the store…… the whole time I never raised my voice, never cursed him, or disrespected him. The police came and they talked to me as well as him…. So basically I have to just take the loss of my money for a faulty vape…… I am so disgusted and upset about how I was treated today. I purchase 2 vapes every week totaling $49.77, sometimes 3 if I’m getting one for my friend at a total price of $74.98, that’s about $2,600.00 - $3,900.00 annually. I am appalled that they would rather lose thousands of dollars from one customer than to lose a few dollars on a product that they purchase wholesale for that store. I have previously worked in the service industry and would have never treated a paying customer like that. I’m really disappointed because this is one of the only stores in my area that sell this particular item. They need to do better.

I absolutely love this place, the men are always so patient and helpful! Had a problem with a disposable and got an easy exchange. Sad I’ll be leaving the area soon but will continue to shop here!!

This place is amazing I called before coming asked questions he was very informative about the product I needed I have sciatica and I mean this cream is a game changer instantly pain gone will be returning y’all stop by check them out 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾😊

Can smell the weed coming from the back of the shop. Asked the cashier what Ml the cart I'm looking at is and he goes "if it's 2ml it's 2gs" Cool. I can't see it but he promises it's 2. I buy the cart and it's 1ml. Dudes that work here are too stoned to count to 2. Don't do business here. Sad how people like this are what represents our community.
