Michael is a good guy and really is there to help you. He doesn't want to just sell you any product just to sell you something. Cedar Road is my favorite GNC just because of how friendly and helpful Michael is.

So, we got lost trying to find the place because my GPS is an alcoholic, but the gentleman who was working (I'm SO sorry I forgot his name), but he worked the closing shift on 14 Oct 2019... He was Amazing!! He not only pulled us in via phone, he stayed after to make sure we were able to get what we wanted. We were gonna miss their closing time because we got lost but he so graciously waited and even then, served us as though it was the beginning of his shift. He was helpful in helping me decide between products and was very knowledgeable. We are SO grateful and very appreciative of his demeanor and willingness!!! He's ensured our return!!! Thank you so much!!

Beware of misleading advertising by GNC. My wife and I read a sign in the store window which is visible from the street which read buy one item and get a second item for 50% off with mix and match store wide. My wife needed some items so we went in and purchased a chocolate Keto for $59.99 and a second item Vanilla Keto thinking it would only be $30.00 which would be 50% off. But when we got up to the check out counter the manager charged us the full price. But when I called him on it he said the sign only applies to selected items. I then read the sign out loud in case he didn't know how to read. I said the sign says buy one item and get a second item for50% off store wide, and if it meant just for selected items the sign should say that. He said he was sorry but we had to pay the price. I then asked him if he didn't think that the sign was not only misleading but maybe bordering on false advertisement. He said the store makes him put it up. So buyers beware
