Today was my last visit to Green Cannabis Co. Rainbow stemming from a failure to fulfill a commitment to replace a product. The incident resulted in a loss of trust and credibility for the company, potentially impacting their reputation and future business opportunities. Long story short, I have been coming here and taking advantage of the baseline_ cartridge deal for almost a year, and my last purchase resulted in a cartridge that tasted like poison chemicals it irritated my throat and made me feel sick. It was so bad I called them to discuss maybe an exchange. The employee on the phone placed me on hold twice to discuss it with the manager. She eventually got back on the phone and told me I could come in and get an exchange no problem. So I head down to the shop and finally get in front of the manager. I was told they could not do the exchange because there was nothing defective about it. Basically wasted my time coming there. If that was the case, I wish they would’ve told me that over the phone and I’ve could’ve moved on with my day. They did offer me a discount on my next order, but there won’t be a next order as there are so many other shops where I don’t have to worry about getting sold products that make me sick. At the end of the day, they don’t care about their customers and care more about profit. There are several other reviews stating similar experiences. I would hate to be in there when they rip off somebody unhinged. Best of luck mates!

The green on rainbow is fantastic they have excellent service and everyone is so friendly and energetic. My favorite budtender is Jackie she is so amazing and knows exactly what i want you can feel her vibe soon as you go to the counter, she is just fabulous. This will forever be my favorite location 10/10 definitely recommend.
