First, they declined my medical order. When I got to the store, they immediately filled my kiosk order. So why was my online order declined? They did not check my ID at the register, which is literally illegal. They did not offer me a discount because of having to wait for my order via kiosk Even though there's no reason to have declined my medical order online. They were unfriendly and horrible customer service. I should've gone to Rise in Eagan.

This is the first place that I called about & the staff was super helpful in getting me started with the medical cannabis program, told me where to go online & what to expect. This was also my first location of purchase. The selection was great, they have multiple strains of flower, a lil pricey for a ounce however it is Great product. The concentrates are on the high side as well. Overall this is my favorite location with their staff all being so nice & knowledgeable, along with the selection of products. I was frequenting the Blaine location however the staff isn't as knowledgeable about their products. As well as a couple of people that seem to not be happy about being there. I will definitely be keeping this as my go to location. Thanks to all the staff that have always been so friendly & knowledgeable.

I really, really want to like this place :- ( Location is right down the block from my house, Staff super friendly. Not meant to be! Product is dryer than the Sahara Desert. I've tried multiple flower strains over the course of many months. The vast majority were very dry. Combine this with the exorbitant pricing, not good at all. For now, they are the only game in town, I cannot wait for the dispensary flood gates to open, so I can go somewhere else. I have been supplementing with street product and driving to other dispensaries in MSP. If you want a quality product, fresh, for a fair price, this is not the place :- (

Great product, mostly. Sometimes the trim could be better. Great staff. The quality of deals and availability is lacking for medical patients now that it is open to recreational sales. *I have to edit for more than one reason. Are budtenders really pocketing the $3 ATM fee at the register??? Rise gives it back to the patient. Also, the AI-generated replies are disingenuous. Lastly, there needs to be an additional line for medical patients when adult use customers can place an order at a kiosk and get served faster. When the order has already been placed online and we arrive within the window of time selected, we should get priority. Do you really need separate cashiers for adult use only? Adult use cashiers should ge able to take medical patients if there's a wait.

How can you not 5 Star a place that sells weed? It’s the easiest process ever. And everyone is nice. I’d give them 10 if I could!! These guys are making America great again one patient at a time!!

Web site entices you with sales prices. You place an order and commit to pick up time. Web site gives you your price. Then you go to Pick Up and they won’t honor the price because sale ended on a day there we’re closed? I mentioned something but they were not interested in making me a happy customer. $20 discount could’ve saved them a bad review. Dumb.

Fantastic experience thanks to Dom and Aidan! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with great friendly smile. Dom is super helpful and knowledgable —plus he always has such a great attitude when helping out! Everyone at this location is so friendly and welcoming. The staff here are always ready to help and make you feel right at home. This is definitely my go-to spot!

5 STAR STAFF! 2-3 STAR PRODUCTS and PRICE Staff and products should be separate star systems! Anne, KaShan and Aiden were insightful, educated and great guides to choosing the product and method that was right for you (and ordered when fir you did your sign up with the pharmacist, sign up for all). Staff was friendly, honest and funny. However, the price, quality and selection of products has many like me shaking their heads. Best product purchased was the red balm topical cream.Petroleum and coconut oil based with high thc soothes my lower back. It has scent which if i could i would go scentfree. Black Tablets are a higher thc pill that you swallow. I haven't noticed any effect from the two times I used it. Green Flower-The 2 different eighths, see pictures for names, we purchased were quite dry and fell apart more than being ground up. The price without my 1st time discount was $55 per eighth. Disappointing lack of crystals, color beyond a lackluster green left me unmedicated and wanting to use concentrates/dabs. Unfortunately, concentrates are not allowed per state law, staff informed me. This needs to change. I didn't know this and for many people this concentrated, quick acting medicine is what we need. Staff makes your visit exceptional with their knowledge and experience but the quality of products for the price is underwhelming.

Stopped in to grab some goodies and was treated by, Dylan. Dylan made me feel at home as soon as I walked in the door. Such a wonderful presence. Along with top-notch products, Dylan and staff make me feel important and reassured that I’m getting the best possible product and service.
