I was helped by Alexis W. today and I had zero idea what I was looking for. Even though she was a newer employee she was able to answer all of my questions and even found some obscur thing that I ended up asking for with ease. I appreciate how kind and patient she was. It felt like talking to a friend rather than someone just trying to get me out the door as fast as possible and made the entire experience way more relaxed after an extremely taxing day at work. Even though the line was out the door this evening because of the incoming snowstorm the entire place felt relaxed as always. Definitely appreciative of Green Reliefs employees who go out of their way for the customers without making them feel uneducated on products. Alexis thank you, you're awesome keep it up!
