Two star for Friendly staff. Been having bad luck with urb products from here not working (I have spent $140 for $20 of actual working product). When I sent to urb they said it was due to the products being stored incorrectly and not to use that store again. Also still no customer rewards. Move business to downtown wbl stores and couldn't be happier.

One of the better local smoke shops. They have a good array of products, ejuice, Delta products, tobacco, and more. Very good customer service. Welcoming environment. Knowledgeable staff. The sign they put up that says “please do not inquire about or staffs social media!” Is wild to me. People are so weird! Leave these poor clerks alone. I wish they had coiling wire and cotton because I make my own coils for my RTA (so much cheaper than disposables or pre made coils.) 10/10 current customer
