Bought edibles here that were 6 months past expiration. Not acceptable for a store to do this. Always check dates before selling products to customers.

DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS I’ve been going here for many years and THIS is my home shop. It’s my favorite smoke shop in ATL and I’ve made the circuit several times when hunting for something specific. Unfortunately at most stores, not all as they are legion now, I’m normally more educated on the products and when I ask questions they’re met with incorrect information, shrugs or me uncomfortably looking up COAs on my phone until I get distracted, disinterested and leave.. That’s the difference with Hemp Haven. I’ve been going there many years and they’ve always made me feel at ease as soon as I walk in the door. My favorite part of the store is the amount of information they provide. They’re more concerned with educating you rather than pushing product. The counters are topped with multiple sheets of information explaining everything about CBD/Kratom/Kava/Mushroom, Full Spectrum VS Broad Spectrum and their uses/benefits/potencies. I really enjoy seeing the staff and owner hear how it’s someone’s first time at the store as they roll into the store tour including a highly detailed breakdown of their inventory’s diverse offerings and 7 year history. Things like that made it my home store. It’s not a brief soulless transaction. They ask about how my day is going and once Ms Di remembered how I had hurt my back and came in limping on my previous visit. The little things matter most. Everyone there honestly enjoys talking about the products and introducing new items. There’s normally a regular around, not unlike myself, that’s never short on opinions and personal experience. It’s more like a boutique than a dispensary as they go the extra mile with every customer. Once you start asking questions they’re totally involved in finding out what would be best while making sure to avoid any unwanted effects. You can even tip on the service. I enjoy talking about cannabis and understanding the science. They have the answers, customer referrals and personal experience that make me feel confident, educated and happy in my purchase. The owner, Ms Di’ana, has for years been consistently present at work as well as fiercely active and vocal in supporting HEMP RIGHTS in GA continually giving out unabashed interviews while having to bear the weight that target brings to a small local business. Keep fighting for us! 11/10 Would Definitely Recommend

The staff is great; knowledgeable, patient and super friendly. I've visited a few times now and each time I am impressed. Sidebar: I am not easily impressed. Lol Avery, Diana (pronounced Dee-ahh-na)and another young lady whose name escapes me, all know their stuff. They listen well and address my concerns. 5 Stars! Very highly recommend!

So nice and friendly signed me up for rewards points she was very sweet. Store very clean and well stocked. Had heard about this store from a client I highly recommend coming by and also keeping money in our local economy which as a small business owner always glad to do. We definitely be back soon.
