Y’all suck, the whole set up is trash you have to walk to another building to check in and then walk back to another building to get your stuff. Went up to herbal wellness in north Phoenix so much better experience and lastly how are you herbal wellness but don’t share the same system as the other herbal wellness. The only person that made this experience worth it was the guy who helped me the black dude. So I’ll bump it to 3 stars.

It's awesome that I can order online, and it's ready for pick-up sometimes minutes after ordering. Very convenient it's a plus that all the staff is confident and courteous.

Worst wait time in the city. Would give customer service zero stars if possible. Put the final price on your items. Stop getting people in showing a cheap price then wondering why people are pissed when your trash product cost the same as a good one. Herbal wellness won’t get business from me ever again. I’m also gonna be sure to spread the word about this place. Bad company bad products and the good products are priced awful.

Lady at the rep desk 2nd building has no idea what's going on with absolutely no Customer service skills 2nd the display mean absolutely nothing you don't get what you see if you can't see the product your buying because manufacturer doesn't want you to see it for a reason per the bud tender and oh is that 100% right. You never 100% know what kind of wax or weed you will get even though they have a batch that's never consistent.
