Their customer service was amazing! All super nice, inviting and helpful! Issac was my bud tender and took very good care of me! I can’t remember the lady at the front checking us in but she was so sweet!

The customer service I received is phenomenal, especially from Jose L. He gave us a free be without us even knowing they offer them for your birthday! Started coming with my boyfriend a month ago and it is now our go to dispensary

Hi I’m a regular customer. Was treated pretty bad in your curbside pickup today. I called at 9:52am The man who took my order was very blunt and rude, definitely in a bad mood. Said the team would bring my order soon. I was the only car in the parking lot. As I waited cars came and went. I saw one worker go out the back door on break at 10:10 to smoke. I’m pretty sure he was the one who took the call. Once again I was alone in the parking lot so I called at 10:13 and a different guy answered. All I said was “I’m still waiting for my order” nicely!! I’m always nice to the employees and I always tip. He already knew about me and even told me what spot I’m in so I know the team knew I was waiting for them the whole time they took and filled orders for people who drove up. It isnt until about a minute later another curbside order pulled up, the employee popped right out with mine and the other customers order. When he came to me, now a half hour later from when I pulled up I asked what happened because I was parked and called before anybody else was even in the parking lot. YOU LITERALLY SERVED AND ENTIRE RUSH OF PEOPLE before bringing me my order KNOWING I WAS FIRST AND WAITING. The employee just blew me off by saying “we are too busy so we can’t get to curbside pickup” Whatever that means. I want you guys to know I’m going across the street to calvia deli. They have way more stiiizy and NO ATTITUDE. The curbside pickup was THE ONLY REASON I went to herb n joy to begin with.
