Always recommend the shop above any other in town not only because they have the cheapest prices, but most importantly the customer service is always on the “higher up” . They are very knowledge helpful and don’t mind answering any questions about all of the new things they come out with. Thank you staff and management for all you do!

Higher up is my homemade for real. First day I came in to get some papers for a happy holiday and Angel and Alexandria (Ali) greeted me with excellent customer service and helped me find what I needed and also friends! Since then I've met Nate, Jeffery, Derek, Patrick, Alyssa, and many more of your employees. I've seriously never had a bad experience at any of your stores and its because you hold your employees to a standard of professionalism that they represent with pride. Ali and Angel are SO friendly!! It was my first time shopping there, and the customer service was fabulous. I look forward to next time. Their rewards program seems pretty decent as well.
