A great little smoke shop on Central with a fine selection of artistic glass pipes, vape supplies, CBD, kratom and smokeables. They also have a glass studio on site for demonstrations. And they have great customer service! ;-)

Ripoff. Spent 35$ on a torch that broke instantly called “blink”. Asked the guy if i could swap it or return it literally 20 minutes later and he said no. Do not waste your money on this place. It is not good and they don’t care about their customers. Pretty disappointed that they are so okay with selling bad product.

I tried to resolve an issue with a faulty water pipe that I had purchased from Lucas. The issue was the down stem was not going in at the right angle and was scrapping the inside of glass.when I returned with it I was quickly turned away and advised to come back the next day which I did. Despite following his instructions I was met this time with Shawn who only could give me the runaround and told to come back at another day. I have left my contact info and waited a week never got a call back. I have called multiple times to get the issue resolved. The staffs response has been dismissive, claiming that ‘imperfections are just the nature of glass’. Their refusal to exchange the defective item and lack of accountability for selling faulty product is deeply disappointing. I caution others against purchasing from hot wax glass, as they do not stand behind their merchandise or provide adequate customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning

I've been coming here for many years because the workers (particularly Luke and Shawn) are such friendly people and are extremely helpful. They keep the shelves and glass showcases looking immaculate all the time. Even when there is a situation when someone is being belligerent they handle the situation very professionally. The shop has a wide selection of items for very fair prices. Thank you, folks!
