Update: Looks like they have hired some new people . They are kind and nice and I haven't had any issues with anyone. I still am making the drive to shop here . I will be adding more pics of what they have new in this vape store.Best Smoke and Vape shop in all North East Florida!! By far, I have shopped at many looking for best Prices as well as variety in town and I drive 20 miles just to shop in this store! Plus the customer service is above and beyond that I have yet to experience in a shop if this kind! Prices on cigarettes are awesome! Nobody is cheaper so who wouldn’t make the effort to shop here than anywhere else! I can say I won’t need to shop at any other store other than this one from here on! I was amazed at the selection they have that I took a lot of pics so I could share .

I have had very few bad experiences with this place. I vape and their prices are reasonable. Staff is always very polite and knowledgeable. Had to update my review because I was frustrated at the time I originally left a review, and it was not a fair rating. Keep up the good work!

Every time I stop here the customer service is off however today was terrible. It was inconvenient for him to help me today he was much too busy opening his mail and taking pictures of his JEA bill to even answer my question or look to see if they had the product I was looking for. I will make sure my money goes to any other business and tell anyone I know not to go here.

Not open even though it says open till 10 pm and no response. Again not open and no response at twelve o'clock and again no response, and no answer on the phone while the business hours they provide . It's convenient but they charge twice as much as other smoke shops .
