I always like to bring my dog Belle there so she can go shopping and visit with her friends. Staff is very friendly and will walk around and discuss products, prices and options. They have a section of aquarium supplies that are essential. They are looking into ordering what I need in bigger bottles. The aquarium pictured here is mine not theirs. Good to know they have what I need on short notice. Support your local stores NOT AMAZON.

I love IB Pet! Never had a bad experience here. Staff are all wonderfully friendly and helpful, place is always clean and tidy. Shelves stay stocked and there is no shortage of options for any dietary or supplement need. 😁 I love the layout and ease of navigation even in a sizeable store. My go-to recommendation for good food and basics!

I love this store and there was a special clerk in there that found everything I needed for mynew rescue. I can't believe I didn't get her name but I got her picture. this rescue dog is now mine because of every single product that was suggested worked and I am keeping this awesome little dude. great store great staff!

When I first walked up to the place I was feeling good about supporting local biz…but that changed quickly after encountering the 2 women at the counter. First the cold gaze and no greeting and after I approached to ask for some assistance the lady just snapped back some rude comment.i don’t go out of my way to be nice to someone…but in biz it goes along way . YUCK

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. i appreciated how much they enjoy talking and helping me out finding what I needed. I love how clean and well organized everything is.
